Consult your owner's manual to see if there are any instructions for this problem. The USB stick may be faulty or the pattern is damaged.

Everytime i try to download music to my memory

try using a different USB port to put the Dynes reader into then insert the memory card in it once the dynes reader is detected by the machine, if still not being detected check the services window

in XP click start open the run window type services.msc in the list look foe Human Interface Device Access double click and change it to Automatic, then look for Plug and Play do the same set it to automatic, then look for Universal Plug and Play Device Host set it to automatic as well make sure that after you set each that you click apply then ok to make changes take effect, after you've done the automatic settings remove the dyne card reader restart the computer aftrer restarting then insert your mini memory card into the dyne reader then insert the dyne reader into a USB port on your computer, Hopefully this should work ^_^

When you plug the reader in to recharge is a red light supposed to come on until charged? How do you know when it is fully charged?

Yes, the red light should be turned ON after connecting the Reader to te Computer. That means the Reader is taking charge. After getting it fully charged, the red light will be turned ON. If those things will not happen to your reader, perform the below mentioned stepos::
1. Connect the Reader to a different USB port of the Computer. 2. Connect the Reader directly to the USB port of the Computer; dont use any USB hub or adaptor to connect the Readr to the Comp. 3. Disconnect the Reader and then press the RESET button. 4. Try connecting the Reader to a different Computer to check whether the USB port of the Computer is working properly. 5. If the issue still persists, service may be required. Follow the below link to initiate the repair: http://eservice.sony.com/

After I formatted my SanDisk microSDHC card with my Verizon phone I cannot get my Windows Media player to recognize the card when put into my printer slot. Anybody know what to do?

  1. 1 Insert your memory card into your computer's reader if you have one. If not, you can purchase a multi-format USB Memory Card reader from Amazon.com or Buy.com
  2. 2 Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.
  3. 3 Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.
  4. 4 In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.
  5. 5 Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.
  6. 6 Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

I am trying to send patterns from my computer to my Bernina Artista 180 and I keep getting the message (serial port engaged) ans communications error. I am musing windows xp PLEASE tell me what to do. ...

Does your bernina have a USB port or do you have a card reader? I have ran into this problem before. To use the patterns off of the computer, they have to be in a format that your embroidery machine can read. The only way I have found to do it, is use a card reader plugged into a USB port on the computer and it transfers files that wayinto a format the Bernina will read and be able to embroider from. Good Luck. Win XP started this problem and unfortunately, Vista hasn't fixed it.
