Error E0200D: "Size undetected" - printer put itself into "cut sheet mode" yesterday; roll paper/Stop/Information/Online-Menu buttons unresponsive - I've tried everything. (Print jobs deleted, powered down, disconnected from computer, left off for several hours, replaced BK ink cartridge, tried feeding a cut sheet & also roll paper - still stuck! Is there a "Reset" or some other procedure that might unstick it? Please help?

Could be that the button for Sheet / Roll has been pressed. This is a popular error caused by the machine expecting a sheet when you are loading a roll. Make sure the light is located on the roll option rather than the sheet.
If this is the problem, you must first remove all media, then lower the covers and lower the media release lever before the printer will allow you to change between roll & sheet.

This error means waste ink counter is full.
Solution:
1. Start with printer OFF
2. Hold down RESUME and then hold down POWER
3. Release RESUME
4. press RESUME twice, then release POWER
5. let green light blink until printhead has finished moving.
6. Press resume
SOURCE: The paper will not feed
The mX320 being a rear sheet feeder model can suffer the problem of something falling into the feeder and causing the paper to jam on entry.
To find what has fallen in your will need to gently pull back the fed paper and look at its leading edge. This will show a heavy "Nick" in the edge. observe where the nick is in relation to where the paper is fed and that will indicate where the obstruction is in the feeder. Use a bent paper clip (L shaped) and see if you can feel and dislodge the culprit. Remove the ink cartridges and turn the machine upside down and give it a good shake. hopefull the drawing pin/paper clip/notice board pin will fall out and the world will be at peace once more.
Good luck.
