05 dodge magnum just cranks no start. some fuse under hood have no power with ignition on or off fuses 10-12-14-15-16. any one no why?

no engine TOLD AT ALL OF 3, (USA?)
fast answer is ASD relay sees hard errors and did that on purpose
not scanning the PCm cranked is why you fail to see why ASD dropped out. (for sure)
or not testing huge fuses too. F1 must not blown

sure , the cars schematics make all that clear as day.

https://eautorepair.net/Marketing/Default.asp

that means ,. mostly , the main fuse blew that runs those 5 fuses
but let me read the schematics to you.
well fuse 1 runs that set, 60amp huge fuse blown.
I assume other fuses have power, did they:? and battery too?
next time measure all fuses, for sure HUGE fuses TOO.

fuse 10 is crank only fuse, so not cranking fuse is dead.
15/16 is wired directly to the battery, so looks like wiring bad to 15
f12 is a not used fuse or listed spare.
fuse 8 kills RUN on IGN switch.

fuse 14 runs the cluster, but F1 runs F14 and more, not in your list
fuse 10 is super important to EFI to PCM but is only start /crank signal to PCM.
Fuse 8 way more important to EFI is RUN /start power to PCM
huge fuse 2 and 4 good that feeds fuesible link 14
fuse 6 is fuel pump and its relay power
F12 is not used
keep mind, 4 engines here and not told. so fuses usage varies and for sure IMMO key , enigine IMMOblizer not happy. and present

this car has RUN ASD relay R1 ,drops out of PCM sees spark dead
is spark dead? or IMMO key failed.
is IMMO lamp unhappy, showing KEY BAD etc?

F20 and F29 power To PCM
now the ASD auto shut down relay if disabled (reasons)
F14,15,and 16 will be dead. by design (runs off ASD)
F11 kills power to said relay ASD
and that kills dead all SPARk and fuel in seconds.
the PCM runs the ASD relay and is programmed to shut ASD down
even in 1second (runs for 1sec is clue 1) a few seconds max.

if spark tests fails hard. (the a chicken and egg deal)
as you crank the PCM checks spark is good (no spark ICM errors or CMP or CKP hard errors), and if YES it cuts all spark and injectins
to prevent CRAsh AND BURN AS SEEN ON TV. AND BY LAW.

So on any car like this. 2005 up for sure x10
we scan the PCM while cranking
and OMG CKP or CMP are dead.
or gross spark ICM errors (COP coil drivers , show many are dead?)

ASD is tricky I use timing light cranked and see spark go GOOD and fails in 3 seconds I bet ASD did that.
but also spark can be 100% dead, (like CMP or CKP is dead)
the PCM does not know those are dead until cranked
the see them dead and drops ASD fast to avoid fuel fires.
that is how it works.
or IMMO lamp flashes (HEY I am killing the engine dead now)

3 of 4 10 amp fuses blew in an aragon 8008 amp. sockets spark when attempting to put replacement fuses in.

The reason they spark is that there is still power and load when you put the fuse in instead of putting the fuse in put a mains light bulb with its terminals onto the fuse terminals and this will safely discharge your capacitors and making sure that your power is off put your fuse in there should be no spark and switch on if the fuse still blows you have faulty gear

My tv will not come on and sparks when i plug it in

If it sparks when plugged in that means the main fuse in the tv is not blown. If there was sorting wrong with the tv and you saw sparks the fuse should blow. If the fuse blew you will not see sparks anymore and the set will not come on. But if the fuse did not blow one of the following can be the cause.

1. A short in the line cord, check you plug and wire to make sure there are no breaks in the wire.
2. Sparking can be from a bad outlet, a plug that is not making good connection can cause sparking, try plugging in to another outlet if it still sparks check the prongs and make sure they are not blackened.
