Is this a Fiberglass or Acrylic Spa?
Or are you referring to a portable toy spa that is inflatable?

If the former, your shell surface is delaminating, from the rigid FiberGlass that was sprayed onto the acrylic or fiberglass shell to ridgidize it. What usually happens is "Air" is not completely removed during that spray process and over time, the acrylic will bubble due to the heat in the spa as the air expands. That Acrylic is barely paper thin when stretched out into the mold you sit in. An 8x8 sheet of acrylic is only 1/4" thick, then it is heated and placed over a tub "Mold" and then Vacuumed into what is your tubs shape that you enter into. You can imagine how thin it gets. When it goes through the ridgidizing process, All of the Air needs to be removed, sometimes it is not, and over the years it becomes evident that it wasn't.
What can you do? Well, besides that it is not very pleasing to look at, there is no problem or danger of any leaks, not yet anyway? You can break the bubbles out and find a supplier that sells acrylic repair kits in the color of your spa. You can google with the proper search terms & eventually find a kit. Maybe something like the link below shows...
Large Granite Spa Hot Tub Acrylic Repair Kit

If the latter, Sorry I don't know....

Good Luck

How do I fix a water leak in my hot tub or spa

That's a tough question to answer without more details. The majority of leaks occur in the equipment area of the spa. IE: where the control pac, pumps and heater are located. There should be one side of the spa with a removable panel to access this area. Take a flashlight and look in that area. Look at all the connections where the hoses attach to the pumps and heater. These connections will have gaskets or o rings to create a seal. They where out over time. Look at the connections with the pumps on and with them off. If you don't see a leak in that area you may have to call in a technician to find it. This ca be difficult depending on the make of the spa. Good luck

I have a zodiac cd ozonator fitted to a spa which is leaking. how do I find the leak and repair?

First, check your equipment area with the pump both on and off. Most hot tub leaks are at the pump seals and are caused by poor water chemistry.
If all is dry in the equipment area you have two options. The first and easiest is to add swimming pool stop leak. (Google it) You will follow the instuctions exactly with the exeption of how much of the product you will add. The typical quart of stop leak will treat 10,000 gallons. Just add the whole quart to your hot tub. The quart is only $20.00 and your spa will have to be drained after the stop leak has ran it's course.
Assuming your hot tub is fully foamed. (Other wise remove the cabinet doors and use a flash light to check the pvc fittings.) Your second option is to have a few of your friends come over to help you pick up the hot tub and set it on cinder blocks. The reason we do this is becauce it is much easier to chase a water leak from below than to try and dig out all the sides till you get lucky. Once the spa is up on cinder blocks fill it up and let it run for a day. This will give you a nice drip trail to follow.

For future post try to be a little more specific. You'll find that you'll get the answer your looking for a lot faster.

Raypak heater. fault cde says (ROL)

Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com.

Replacing the roll out switch is an easy do-it-yourself repair. Fixing the problem causing the roll out of the burner flames in the first place is a bit more of a pro job. Something is causing to much heat to roll out the the combustion chamber into the control area causing the switch to fail. You will continue to burn the link until the underlying problem is fixed.

If this answer does not fix your problem, please comment with additional details prior to rating the answer. Positive feedback is appreciated once your problem is solved!

My hot tub keeps tripping the breaker and will only stay on for a short period of time before tripping the breaker. What can I do?

Check for a water leak in the electrical areas of your spa... specifically look closely around the heater terminals, look for wet and corroded connections... If this spa is wired to a plug-in outlet, look at the GFCI plug assembly as well... You can also try disconnecting the blower, pump, heater, etc, from the control pack (one at a time) to determine which item is causing the tripping.
