How to enlarge the screen to full size

right at the top in the right hand corner there are set of tabs
one is a line , the other is 2 squares off set and the last is a red section with a white X
the line reduces the page to the task bar so that you can look at other pages , the off squares brings the page from 1/2 size to full screen and the red one closes off the page

My down load picture are so small, how do i enlarge them, so i can post them

Ok, you see when you download images from google or other service; don't download from the results page! in google; click the image, then click 'view image'; image opens in new window; right click on it and save the full image.
down-load-picture-small-enlarge-post-3x24vpx20nhydej15kwplfm4-5-2.png In Bing; just click the image; the full preview fills up the screen, save.

HOT TIP: to get better resolution images:

1. Google: click search tools; under size: select large

How do you reduce the screen size.

  • Launch the Web browsericon1.png on your Mac system. Unless you have changed the home page, the Apple site greets you.
  • 2 Click the green "+" symbol in the upper left corner of the window. This enlarges the window so it takes up the entire screen. If you want to return the window to the former size, click the green "+" again.

When I bring my computer up there is a black space on the left side. I want the screen to enlarge so I can not see this. How do I do that?

There should be a menu option on the monitor it self. press the menu option and configure the size and position option to adjust the screen display. That should resolve your complication.

Hi Marie-Ann, which page are you referring to? Is it the Desktop? If so, right-click on it and choose Screen resolution. Try changing that and it may solve your problem.

I have an IBM ThinkPad running Windows 98 Second Edition used to program older radios so it needs the older version of Windows. The display power on showing IBM Thinkpad full size, but when windows or DOS...

    Hi there,

I've seen this before, the main problem is that the resolution is set too low, so it only fills part of the screen.

    two ways to solve it.

    1. Adjust the resolution to the optimal setting so it fills the entire screen.

    2. Find the Picture Scaling option and have it Scale the picture to the entire screen.

To adjust the resolution, now its been a long time since I used windows 98, but I think you got to it by going to your desktop with the background, right click anywhere on the empty space and select properties, now on the window that opens it was the last page, settings I think, you should get an representation of your screen with a resolution lever and color options, pull the resolution lever one point to the right and hit apply and ok, do this until the picture fills the entire screen.

If your laptop has internet connectivity, I could take a look at it over remote support and solve the problem for you.
