Is this machine brand new or recently new, The machine will not spin if all the water did not drain, there a float switch when the water level gets down to a certain point then it will activate the solenoid valves to spin, make sure the machine is level, it's really difficult problem without looking at it first, It could be a number of things that's wrong, Is the machine still under warranty. if it doesn't empty check the pump for blockages or just not working electrically, or check cold water supply to machine, or the cold water solenoid, this may also be faulty hope you can find what you need starting from the above, if i have helped please rate me

you can check two things,. One is, is the belt broken or stretched, the other is the motor, is the motor turning if the motor is turning then replace the belt. If the motor is not turning replace the motor.

Manually move the timer to the SPIN mode and turn it on.
If nothing happens, replace the lid switch.

This is a neutral drain machine. If there is no natural pause in the timer at the end of the rinse cycle the timer is bad.
