Proper Procedure for Putting Computer to Sleep

Change your sleep settings in the Control Panel under Power Options. You can set it to never go to sleep or have it to go to sleep after 2 hours. There will be settings to control when the monitor shuts off, when the hard drive shuts off, etc.

The computer constantly restarts by itself. Once it gets to the Microsoft corporation loading screen it loads about for 15 seconds before it has a blue screen and restarts. Is this because of the computers...

No, it's because Windows has been severely corrupted by a virus. Just reinstall it using the Recovery CD that came with the pc when you bought it, it will be as new. And next time use a better antivirus.

It went to welcome screen and after i typed in my password, got a black screen that says insert disk and press F1 or press F2 and something about setup.

This happens whenever one closes any installation prematurely. Insert the disk then properly cancel or complete the setup and restart the computer you wont get this message.
