Theres something wrong with adding music on the psp

To me 'psp', or rather PSP is PaintShop Pro!

You need to find Shuffle on the device, or create Playlist.

FULL 'make model (what it is)' in all questions please as the first 3 words.

The songs do not play to the full length...its cuts off

Your player is in INTRO mode. To fix this play a song and press the button on the side of the player. Select PLAY MODE, then select NORMAL.

Mp3 plays few seconds of song.

Do you mean it plays a few seconds then skips onto the next song? If that is the case then most likely you have "Intro" play set which only plays a few seconds as a introduction then skips to the next time.

To fix this, during music playback, press the [menu] button, then there should be an option there to change it from "Intro" to "NORMAL" instead.

Hope that helps.

My mp3 player wont play anything

hmmm, that means that you may have synched some songs that are not fully compatible with your go-gear. although it is still mp3, it may have some "codecs" issues with it. and thus making your go gear crazy. what you can do is delete all the songs you have there, and make a fresh start from scratch, that way, you'll know.
