Take the printwheel out and look for bent or broken spokes, check the P/W area for debris. be sure that you have a dry correction tape the tacky ones will gige you fits.

On the lhs of the keyboard check the Pitch Sel slide switch position;...it may be in the PS position...change it to 10,12 etc, to match your print wheel.
