This depends on the
type of system you are using to tap your keg.
A standard tap given to you with a keg will not last very long, just
less than a week. If you are using a
proper kegorator CO2 system, your beer will last at least two months, if not
longer depending on the temperature of your fridge.
above the startercord there are 2 handles.
top one is grey is choke , bottom is black, is fuel tap.
first open fuel tap
put on choke, start, after 5 or 10 seconds put choke off.
if its not starting on choke, gets no fuel.
under fueltap is chamber with 10 mil bolt.
open and clean.
also drain or take off floaterchamber of carb.
this is the round cup under the carb.

Yes, find a licensed refrigeration technician. They will solder the hole and recharge with refrigerant. It should then be as good as new (or however old it is).
You are running lean. it could be a leak in the intake track. a plugged carb passages and or jets. A leak in a crank seal or head or base gaskets. spraying carb clean in any of these areas will change the idle if it is leaking in that area
