If the program selector knob keeps turning, the machine needs to be reset.
Wait a few minutes for the drain pump to empty the tub, switch the washer-dryer OFF. Select one
of the Reset positions on the knob, then switch it back ON.
The link below will take you to the manual.
Hopes this helps. http://www.splendide.com/manual_wd2100_2000s.pdf
if your appliances all blew they may have been fuse protected, such as tv's and microwave have inside them. Power converter should be fuse protected as well. If the plug was wired incorrectly was it a fifty amp service or thirty? Does your power run threw a transfer switch? look there as well. typically voltage spikes threw ground circuits take out your electronics. Using ground fault interruption circuits and voltage protectors in between your plug and power supply will prevent most/some damage. many variables to pinpoint without input.
Just finished fixing mine. Found a broken wire at one of the high temp limits. Found tech service manual at Splendide,.com/service/TECHMANXC. It's a pdf file that will walk you through any repair.
If you measure the voltage on the drain valve/pump and find that the voltage is good, the pump can be stuck( it can be warm without working) If so remove and clean dirt accumulated ,test it on the bench.
If there is no voltage then the program controller is defective and must be checked for the loss of trigger voltage to power the valve/pump.
If it doesn't go from the wash to the dry, check to make sure that both the washer and the dryer are set before the start of the cycle. It also could be blowing a fuse.

THE CAPACITOR IS FAULTY that discharges so door can be opened safely it should be at the rear of mc inside attached to the side of mc make sure u get correct microfarfad replacement
Remove the top - two screws in the back then slide forward
In the front right top you will see the air box and the terminals for the heater coil along with other wires and sensors. Start the washer on a dry cycle and check the voltage to the heater terminals. You will be looking for 120 AC. If voltage there but no heat the heating element is bad. If no voltage there follow the wires to the overheat switches and check the voltage on the other side of these switches (round devices with two terminals on top). If there is voltage there then the switch has tripped. Unplug the machine. Look for a spot of paint on this switch, scratch it away and you will see a small hole. Insert a strightened paper clip into this hole and push to reset the switch. Re-power and test the results.
No power to these switches probably means a bad circuit board $$$.
We had the same problem with our splendide 2100 top loader. If you remove the top cover, you will find 2 circular like black discs (the size of a dime) on the right hand side about 6 inches from the front. You need to push those down (with a very small blunt object) to reset them. Please make sure that you unplug your washer/dryer before you attempt this. Good luck.
