Pl. check the SMPS found under back cover, at the bottom of the smps ther is a sensor and leaver attached on base. Do check the spring and its position, replace the smps or sensor.

I had this problem too. For me the answer turned out to be the paper sensor in the back part of the machine, behind the little back door just under the top part of the machine. This sensor hangs down from a thin rod that runs across the width of the machine, and is held in place by a small spring that encircles the same rod that supports the finger. The finger had apparently gotten moved so the spring was dislodged from its proper place. I was able to rotate it around the rod with my finger & get the spring moved back to where it should be. This seems to have cleared the problem--I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

ithink it is a hard were pr oblem we should clean our printer time by time, there is many dust inside, they can make disattacment between sencer and parts ,so we get this information. open printer and also if u open drom and other part open , then blow air by air blower machin e.we solve more than 80% thise type case in our lab .
