Ok guys remember model and brand of the heater. check the control inside the house and read the temp. if over 104 replace water temp sensor. if not control,. heater as found a faulty code and mus be reset and or fix code problem

My Pool heater does that if it has low water pressure.The pressure switch will shut it down if there is low pressure going through it. Good Luck
