Fedders air conditioner 5200 btu manual ..i just need to know the angle that the unit needs to be on in the window

The unit should have a boiler plate behind the front panel indicating btu's and other electrical parameters. Look for it. Or Google the unit

If you have a window unit or thru the wall unit, Drain Hole is located under the drip pan at near the rear of the unit. It may be difficult to find if it is clogged. As the clog will blend in wit the hole.

the water is splashed on the condenser by the fan to improve efficiency. it will still work but the output air might not be as cold!

BTU means "British thermal units" and is a measurment of cooling and heating capacity. Other units are Kw "Kilowatts", and HP "Horse Power".

Possible compressor problem.

With a glass cutter, you could cut the glass to the correct size and using some angle aluminium strip and some silicone, then seal between the unit housing and glass. Hope this helps
