Tom Tom One

Screen keeps freezing/jamming and you cannot move back or forwards. If you select menu, touch "navigate", it selects an option of its own which it wont move out of.
If you switch off for a while and then turn back on, it returns to the same screen and your jammed again. Also, resetting takes you back to menu screen but when touching the preferred option, it goes to something different. Its currently directing me to the nearest police station in Bray (Wicklow) and the screen wont budge. Its fully charged and all updates loaded.
Tom Tom are currently looking at my 510 device which is also having problems but of a different type. Am I just unlucky or are these machines just crap!

Arrange for it to be returned & repaired.

Reset the unit by pushing a bent paperclip or pin into the hole on the bottom marked 'reset' turn it back on, plug it in & charge it via USB overnight or as long as you can in the car, make sure the led on the top is green, tap the bottom right of the screen & check the battery symbol on the unit says charging underneath.

If this doesn't help.
