Really too little information in the question. First, check to see if you get audio with TV tuner but not with source input (cable or satellite box, DVD, VCR, etc). If so, the problem is likely with a cable connection. Otherwise, it's possibly a speaker or amplifier in the TV and will need repair. If it works with nothing at all and before taking it in for service you might try a "factory reset" from the menu.
