PSN is down due to the second hack to Sony PSN.

The Error 80551021 is an error with the PSN and NOT your console. There is nothing you can do but wait for Sony to sort out whatever issues they are dealing with. Sorry to say.

• The Sony PlayStation network has been down for 5 days now. Should be up soon but for now disregard and error codes or messages you are getting. Every gamer in America, Europe and Australia is down at the moment.

PSN is down temporarily, possibly due to either maintenance or attacks from hackers. PSN is down for most people world-wide at the moment.
