My Sennheiser comes with a black and red cable. I plugged the red into the red in the back of the tv and the black into the white in the back of the tv and it works for me. Hope this helps.
If you have vista or window 7 try to use the same usb port that you first connected your blutooth trasmitter and restrat your computer. There is a small compatibility problem with usb ports for these windows editions but it should work like the windows xp which is the recomended for this keyboard and mice kit. Another solution is to reinstall the software that came with product if any and reestablish the connection using another usb port for your transmitter. Hope this helped!
