TROUBLE CODE CLEARING

1. Follow the diagnostic procedures to service the fault condition flashing on the air bag indicator prior to code clearing.

2. Cycle the ignition switch to OFF and then to RUN.

3. Observe air bag indicator prove-out (six ? two seconds) followed by diagnostic trouble code (52-85) flashing completely one time.

4. Locate the Diagnostic "Trouble Code Clear" Connector (grey connector). located underneath the glove compartment, left side (06010) containing Circuits 631 (T/R) and 57 (BK).

5. Use a jumper wire to short Circuit 631 (T/R) to Circuit 57 (BK) or to another good ground. This short must be made after the diagnostic trouble code flashes completely one time, but before the warning light stays on continuously.

6. Hold short until air bag diagnostic monitor tone sounds (approximately five seconds).

7. Release short on Circuit 631 (T/R) to Circuit 57 (BK). This short must be released within 25 seconds after the diagnostic monitor tone sounds.

Diagnostic trouble code is now cleared from memory. Next highest priority diagnostic trouble code stored (if one exists) will begin flashing.

I really doubt one loose door latch will keep all the door locks from working . There are a lot of thing's involved in the power door locks ,relay's , wiring , master control switch etc..... Viewing wiring diagrams , testing electrical circuit's , PWR LOCKS 20A fuse etc....Are the power door locks and the driver power window inoperative?

Power supply

When you plug the adapter into the laptop's power socket and wriggle this plug does the charge LED light flash? If so the laptop has a faulty power socket or a power socket has dry solder joint on the motherboard.
This can be repaired but it requires the laptop to be completely dismantled to get access to the power socket. I suggest you get a quote for this repair before you get it repaired.

You can go to any repair facility and buy a replacement cord making sure of the wire guage and conductor (2 or 3) what you can do is make a wiring diagram and remove the old cord and holding the cord about 10 inches from end pull one wire at a time and if there is a break it will pull out to confirm your suspicion. This is the ITC 222 chassis. Most likely the problem is caused by capacitors on the power supply module part# 265324 which is no longer available. The module has to be repaired to the component level. Look for capacitors that are bulged at the top. I usually get around $250 for that repair (Carry In Only). There are also other causes but someone would have to troubleshoot the problem.
