So I installed a new alternator on my 2004 GMC Sierra (didn't unhook the battery) and now the power locks don't work. I get a horn chirp and my remote start works it just kills the engine after a second or two. I tried to lock the doors manually and then try the auto start but same thing. I'm not sure of the Avital model because I'm the second owner. The RPN is 474L if that helps.

if your key has a blue square where the metal meets the plastic on the key, you will need to reprogram the data module used to bypass the theft system, or remove the spare key that is installed and have the dealer reprogram it

The Camry you purchased may not be equipped with a power trunk. Press and hold the trunk button for appoximately 4 seconds. The trunk should release if the wire is connected and, you have a power trunk.
The Camry (and other toyotas) require a double pulse on the unlock wire. If the double pulse is not programmed the aftermarket unit will mimic the factory keyless entry. One press of the unlock button opens the drivers door. Immediately press the unlock button again to unlock the other doors.
