How do I my missing menu back?

1. To enter the Service Alignment Mode (SAM), press the following key sequence on the remote control transmitter: 0-6-2-5-9-6-Status.

2. From the top level SAM menu, use the Menu Up/Down keys to highlight the Geometry sub menu.

3. Use the Menu Left/Right keys to enter the Geometry sub menu.
4. In the Geometry sub-menu, use the Menu Up/Down buttons to select VAM.
5. Using the Menu Left/Right keys, adjust VSH so that the horizontal bar is properly centered, top to bottom.

6. Using the cursor up/down keys, select VAM from the Geometry sub-menu, and use the Menu Right key to

increase the value to obtain a slight overscan.

7. If other Geometry adjustments are needed, proceed to the necessary adjustment using the Menu Up/Down

buttons.
8. Upon completion of Geometry adjustments, press the Menu button to return to the top level SAM menu.
9. To exit the Service Alignment Mode, turn the set off with the Power button on the remote control.

The missing items in the menu correspond to the Add-On applications Geometry, Picture Plot, Conversion, Physium, and ProbSim.
You must download them from the Casio website and transfer them to the calculator. Download also the Add-On installer and follow the instructions.

try the 'default' setting of the tv.

Display the playback menu by pressing playback (the right-pointing triangle) then MENU. Select "Copy" then camera-to-card, then either selected pictures or all.

Bear in mind that this copies pictures. If you want to delete the pictures in internal memory, you will have to do that.

You're probably trying to graph a function that does not involve stat plot features. You can correct this by turning off the stat plot features. Press "2ND" "STAT PLOT" and then select 4:PlotsOff.

remove battery and or reset by inserting paperclip in reset hole near battery. try formatting the stick if this doesnt work. you will lose all saved picts so back up picts. to cpu

I have an DMC-FZ7K. I had the exact same problem, here's how I solved it:

Turn on the camera. Set the mode dial to "P".
Now press the button labeled "MENU SET".
In the menu that comes up, scroll up and down until you find a menu item named "PICT.ADJ." When it is selected, press the right arrow button.

In the sub-menu for "PICT.ADJ", select the "SATURATION" item and change it to "standard" or "low". Press "MENU SET" to save the changes.

You should now see a difference in the next pictures you take.

If you are doing the labor you should wait and replace the new part and while you are at it check for loose conections in the horizontal drive circuit since all symptoms might be related,but they are doing all the work they should address all the problems you have,settings in the service menu dont just change on their own and are adjusted only when a major comp[onent has been change like the convergence.
