I don't know why you want to seal your attic but some companies provides wide range of industrial seal so you might want to go through it to find which suits best for you since you don't want any bolts or locks. People usually use good quality and high strength locks or bolts to seal the attic. But it is your choice whatever you want to use.

I've had a real hard time trying to locate parts for their machines for other people here, and your correct , they do have a bad rep for customer service, Since you just need the rubber seal that attaches to the base at the blade level, I would take that seal to Home depot or other hardware stores, and try and match it with some of the other models they carry, One guy told me the black and Decker one worked out for him, its sure cheaper than buying a complete new unit.

• Hi, if this is a store purchase item, the Product Key, will be in the software packaging, a sealed label sticker. If the item was purchased on-line? Then the product key; is sent by Email, after proof of purchase. Is the software a (Trial) version? If so, the product key; would have been displayed before the download. I hope this helps.
