- Hi, if this is a store purchase item, the Product Key, will be in the software packaging, a sealed label sticker. If the item was purchased on-line? Then the product key; is sent by Email, after proof of purchase. Is the software a (Trial) version? If so, the product key; would have been displayed before the download. I hope this helps.
