Need codes for RCA RCR412SI - RCA Universal Remote Control

I have a different model of RCA but had the same problem, try this: Code for Comcast Remote Control is 13183
Code for Voice Control Remote Control is 12292, however when you go thru the automated process of programming your TV you need to select TCL as your TV brand. Do not select RCA for Voice Control Remotes.

How old is the TV and how old is your remote? Most universal remotes are only have codes for devices released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. If your TV is newer than the remote, then you may need a newer remote.

What brand is the TV? The RCA remote code finder is available here: http://remotefinder.rca.com/default.aspx?site=rca . With some brands, they are made by another company so you can try the OEMs codes. (For example Durabrand TVs were made by Funai for a while. If you respond with the model number on the TV, I may be able to find the manual which will provide the manufacturer.)

Had the same problem. You have to get a universal remote that matches the tv. Bought it today at Kmart (Walmart has it too). Only set me back $10-11 bucks and most def. worked. Set it to the tv and hit the Input button, GAME mode came right on. Here is what I posted in another forum on here.

I had the same problem until today. I bought the same tv and went to Kmart/Walmart. I bought the RCA Universal remote (RCR412SI). Only set me back $10-11 bucks. Has like 3-4 ways to set the tv, dvd, sat-cable and vcr/aux. Even allows several tvs I believe. Couldn't set it at first, then there was the other method where the remote did the search. Worked!
