How do I get a service manual for RCA model 32LB30RQD has no power.

I searched but only saw one that was already sold.

It referred people to look on eBay but I didn't see it.

This appears to be a model from 1968 or earlier, so you may need to contact vendors of the YLG43 to ask if they have a service manual to sell you or photocopy for you.

Did you do the flashlight test to see if the TV image is present and you have a burned on back light display?

Have you tried cleaning the DVD lens? I used o have a similar problem with my old CD player, I bought a lens cleaner (looks like a CD with some brushes on it) and not had any problem since. Not tried it on my DVD player, but they may make one specifically for that.

Has the TV possibly been exposed to an electromagnetic field like that from unshielded speakers? This can permanently damage a TV.
