To preset a channel on the JCR-425, you tune in the channel; press the "AL/MEM" button on top of the radio (at which time you will probably be switched to some other radio frequency, which is rather disconcerting), press the "Up" or "Down" button to select the desired preset channel number, press "Set" -- and only then are you returned to your desired radio station. If you want to preset several channels,
You might then think that the next time you turn on the radio that all you would have to do is press one of the 10 preset channel buttons on the front of the radio to visit one of your preset radio stations. You would be wrong. You must turn on the radio, then press the "AL/MEM" button on top of the radio. Only then can you access your preset radio stations.
You might also think that to turn on the radio you would press a button that says "Power." Wrong. You press a button that says "Radio." Well, okay. But you might think that to turn it off, you would just press the "Radio" button again. Wrong. If you have pressed the "AL/MEM" button to access your preprogrammed channels, pressing the "Radio" button simply takes you out of the "AL/MEM" function and back to the "FM" (or "AM") function, apparently taking you back to the last radio station you tuned in manually. To turn off the radio after accessing a preset channel, you must press "Radio" twice.

these valves are preset at maximum pressure rating and locked with a nut inside of handle some have a cap on top increasing or tightening valve for more pressure may not be wise due to the fact that if you over tighten it may not unload causing pump failure. lose pressure is normally caused by either a worn nozzle or seals.
Place a sample of normal mail youwwant to set default for on the scale, select proper class & other specific items, then press the custom presets button and select "Define nnormal preset"
It will ask if you want to use current settings, answer yes and after a few seconds you will be finished
plugs are normally preset, not sure of your bike but sounds like you may have put plug caps on wrong plugs and firing order is now wrong. if its a 4 cyclinder bike , 1-4 fire together as does 2-3 . # 1 IS L/H SIDE OF BIKE SITTING ON IT
You need to check on the monitor itself. Most of them will normally mention their ratings etc,,now 12v , 4 amps means 12*4 = 48 watts. So you can use a different adapter as long as it matches the power and voltage and it has the applicable connection.
the system cannot allocate the cds as per preset... but yes you can teach the system what you like or you dont like by giving the song you dont like a -ve rating with the negative button on your remote below the umusic button.... same can be followed by your wife when she uses her preset and the umusic intelligent playback system would recognise you both as different individuals and play your music according to your tastes and preferences and learn to adap to your moods in just a matter of time...
thereis nothing wrong with the system. its just a misinterpretationor a miscommunication..
my system has learned my tatste in just 20 days and i have saved over 450 cds by now............
so try downloading the umusic guide from bose's website and learn how to use umusic....

I'm not sure if car radios have internal batteries, but that's what keeps preset memory on home radios.
In any case, preset memory requires a small continous electric current, and if there is none coming into the radio then when you switch the car off it will reset.
Hope you find something along that line
