Honda radio codes - 2007 Honda CR-V

Turn the radio off push preset buttons 1 &6 while holding these buttons turn on the radio the serial# will come up call the dealer with this # they should give you the radio code if you have a problem write back i can get it for you if you have error on the radio then disconnect the battery cable neg for aprx. 30 seconds reconnect the enter the code using your preset buttons

Most likely you tried to enter the code three times and now the radio has locked you out. You need to disconnect your battery for a few minutes to reset the radio and try entering the code again. I am having the same problem with my 04 Pilot.

Code Error3 means:
1. Your Battery was disconnected or removed. And the radio system had to go off. Since it is configured with anti theft code, it expects you to input the anti theft code via the preset buttons but you entered wrong codes (normally 5 digits from 1 - 6). You have tried wrongly for the 3rd time.

2. If you try again, upto 10 times for 2007 model, it will lock the set untill the capacitor is discharged by either removing the battery head again, and / or the fuse controlling it.
