A few things to make sure. Is your account GOLD, or has the GOLD membership expired? If you are infact gold you may be banned from Microsoft. If you can play other games online besides the one you are trying you may be banned from that game.

If facebook has banned you it is probably because someone has complained about a comment or profile information. To get unbanned you have to contact facebook using their webform and wait for a reply which will probably happen after they investigate the complaint and that can take quite a long time, sometimes a week or two.

Did he boost or cheat in anyway? Did he do any glitches such as golden gun glitch or any new glitch that might be out? If so then theres are reasons for being reset or banned.
