Red light wont go off my ionic pro air cleaner

ame problem. I returned it to the store and they gave me a new one. So Far so good. My little ionic pro now keeps shutting off by itself. Have no idea why.

The red light means the unit needs to be cleaned. A blue light means the unit is working correctly

take out the insert and clean it real good ... there is a leaver on back of the machine move it up and down about 10 times to clean the strands ...... make sure you clean the 3 steel thin metal strips good let it dry before you put it back in to the machine ..... + i have that same machine - i have 2 cats - it gets dirty quick

pss the poping sound is the machine is telling you it is dirty ... static electric charge

Try unplugging it, for a few minutes and wait then plug it in again and see if it resets.
Otherwise you need to reset it.
Most appliances that displays warnings have to be reset after it is corrected.
