Try this procedure, it should help fix the problem,
Turn Printer off. While holding down Enter and Menu keys, power the printer on. You should see PCU Diag Mode displayed. Hit Menu key 6 times till Counter Set is displayed. Hit Enter key Dev xxxxx displayed, left 3 numbers are blinking. Hit (down triangle symbol) till numbers are 000. Hit Menu key, right 2 numbers are blinking. Hit (down triangle symbol) till numbers are 00. Hit Menu key. Drm xxxxx displayed, left 3 numbers are blinking Repeat steps 7-10. Dev tm xxxxx displayed. Repeat steps 7-10. Drm xxxxx displayed. Repeat steps 7-10. Life xxx displayed. Life should be set to 005. Hit Menu key. TNL xxx displayed. TNL level should be between 90-110, if you have problems, try changing TNL. Hit Enter key Counter Set is displayed. Hold down Form Feed key and insert blank paper into manual feed slot. You should get a beep confirming reset. Power printer down and back up, you are done.

Get a large 90-degree allen wrench. It's best to use the largest allen key the drill can accommodate, at least 3/8" to 1/2". Put the short end of the allen key in the chuck and, with the long end of the allen key pointing straight up, completely tighten the chuck.

Firmly holding the drill on the edge of a table, you're going to have to hit that allen wrench with a hammer, hard. Use the flat side of a hammer to hit the allen wrench so that the blow will spin the chuck counter-clockwise. Sometimes it can take a real hard swing, so swinging through smoothly helps.

switch on the machine, holding down 0 & 8 buttons, type in 89, press the green button, enter a 0, press green button again to accept the new value. switch off & then just switch back on as normal.

If you push clear and 8 does it say C7? Push 0 and 8 as you turn on the copier it should say ad on the display push 89 and start and (I bet 3 is displayed) push 0 and start this resets the "c7 counter"

C7 is a Fuser Error......The hot part where the paper passes through before exiting the machine is known as the Fuser or Fixing unit etc.

There are 3 parts involved and any of which when they fail will give a C7 error code. The Heating Lamp,Thermisor or Thermal Fuse.

This is a live area of the machine so you wouldnt be advised to attempt a repair without at least a restricted electrical license.

More than likely one of the parts mentioned will need to be replaced and then the C7 error count reset through "08"

Turn it on holding down 0 and 8. Key in 89, press start. press 0, press start. Turn it off and on.

Turn on the power holding 0&8, key in 89, and press print. A 3 will probably be displayed. Key in 0 and press start. Recycle power.
