The 8gb memory is empty still im not able to take the pics . only the intrrnal memory pics are comimg. what is the problem

Hello, it acts like a floppy disk or a cd disk to copy files like documents or pics to it from your laptop or computer.

Create a New folder on your desktop and name it anything you want, "new pics" "Pic's from Camera" Whatever. Next.

plug the usb/gig stick/flash drive into one of your computer Usb slots,..
a window Should open up with an option of View Files, So View the files, Which should be your pics. .. Copy all and go to your folder on the desktop and paste all your pics..

"IF A WINDOW DON'T OPEN"
Click on my computer and you should see a E drive or F drive With files in that Which should be your pic's look and see if they are your pics and Copy them to the Desktop folder for you computer to have them...

If it's just on the photos, it's not your laptop, it's what took the photos, unless you mean you took the pictures on your laptop, which could mean it's just a hardware problem with your laptop's webcam.

You can check it in Windows by right clicking My Computer amd checking Disk Management. Look for partitions.

Clear it by putting in a compatible memory card. The S1030 works with SD cards. Your 8GB SDHC card in not compatible. You need to use SD cards, 2GB and smaller.

CHeck if your pics are really stored in the SD card or in the internal memory.

'Low Disk Space' Could be talking about your virtual memory. Sounds as if your RAM is experiencing problems and your Virtual Memory cache is not high enough.

You must be saving the songs and the pics in the phone system memory. Save them to the 8GB memory. There are no slots for the 8GB or any other cards. The 8 GB is built in and configured to be used.

When I bought the phone I wanted to use a bigger Memory card. I was told it will only recognize 2gb. The booklet that comes with phone says the same thing, so would assume that is why it says full. Assuming of course youre trying to use more than 2gb at the moment.
