My ematic em648vidu is frozen and wont turn off

if you can try and save your photo's etc from it..then close it down. now hold the home button and the volume up button together and turn it on while holding them buttons. you will get a screen to restore it and other options

It may be in a frozen state. Hold the power button for about 20 seconds. Now try charging it. If you still get nothing I'd say it's a dead tablet.

There should be a small hole on the front side that you will need to stick a pin in to reboot it.

yea it does that to me too but u should just leave it alone let it die on its own theres nothin u can do. but can u help me with a question my ematic e6 wont let me open to my music file no more and i dnt know y can u help me?

press the reset button normally it will be in the sides of it some look like a small hole in the side try pressing it using a pin

why wont my ematic mp3 player turn on..?

i am having that same problem, and ontop of that my ematic is frozen! when i turn it on the picture of the river comes up and stays up untill you turn it off. i have the ematic 5 series, is thier a solution?
