check the door switch and check if the door press the switch or not
I think the door latch didn't reach the switch

most units are set so the fan will turn off when door is opened clear ice , readjust or repair fan a slow fan or stopped fan will affect the temp in the fridge section
this unit is working just fine, do not be concerned. it is part of the condenser side, of the refrigerant cycle, keeping frost from forming around the door seal.
the water resevour is proberbly frozen inside of the refrigerator. Open the door and remove the bins in the refrigerator and you will see a resevour tank. take a hair drier and heaqt up the tubing that comes out of it until the water flows again.
haev you tried to reset the ice maker by pressing the button oin the bottom of the panel inside of the freezer then that should reset the maker anfd you should have ice in no time.
