Mp3 I catnot put music in the mp3 sa6086/37philps 8gb

What error message do you get with regards to trying to get your computer to recognize your mp3 player? If any ?

Also if you right click on my computer --> manage --> disk management

does it show the mp3 player in the list of drives ?

If so does it have a drive letter ? If not then right click on it and select assign drive letter and give it a valid drive letter and see if you can open it in my computer.

Did it come with a disc , if so have you installed / updated the software that came with the mp3 player ( if not may be worth doing so )

Also check the manufacturers website for any faq's , might even be a firmware update or something you can do to reset it ?
