you need to do a factory reset, look for a tiny hole and you can push a toohtpick in to reset....

Other sites suggest you power it off. Then hold down the '?' button when you power it back on. Then it says you can select the 'A' button. This is supposed to reformat the stylus.

Hi. That message means that there is a button that is stuck down on the remote.

1. Take out the battery, push in and massage each button to ensure it is not stuck down.
2. Put the battery back in, update the firmware,
3. Update the remote.

That should get the remote working again. :)

Put mailing tape across the screen then lift it off. I think that the sceens get stuck together and when you take the tape off it "unsticks them".

Try running a piece of paper around the edge of the screen. There may be was something stuck in there, pressing the screen slightly and causing it to not respond to the stylus.
