Where do I find toshiba c655d-s5234 repair/service manuals?

I really have no idea what you are saying. You cannot commit a mistake with the wires because they are specifically shaped and designed to omit that error. Everybody including you knows that. Black and white wire coming from the screen? Did you mean you actually opened your computer started tinkering with it? If that's the case well if it still has warranty you voided it. Either way you will need to have a technician to actually take a look at it.

The BIOS chip is located near the usb ports , I should tell you its a non removable chip ....
