Mbs45 blade undercuts out of square, twist in 2x2 1/8" tubing

I believe Black bull band saw is a Taiwan imported saw. They are even cheaper to HF band saws. This band saw have so many issues; make sure you align the guides, tune it up and use good bi metal band saw blades. I suggest you use the Haltbar 601 bi metal blade. I'm using Haltbar and I'm getting really nice cut.

Cant see m to cut in a straight line. when cutting a wine bottle the top it cutting straight but the bottom it not.

Cutting a glass on band saw is like cutting a metal. You have to make sure that you set up the band saw correctly, get a good quality blade, run on right speed, enough coolant and feed the material nicely.

Have kalamazoo 9a saw .Will not cut straight vertical cut at 22.5 degrees

Have you tried to adjust the side guides (bearings) with the excentric pin? they must be touching booth entirely sides of de band saw. Also check the band tension and the guide alignment to the saw bed with a square.

Mt 18 inch horizontal band saw is not cutting square

Thicker metal shows greater blade / saw adjustment errors. A simple 1/64 or 1/32 wont show much on an 1/8 thick piece of metal when cut.
Those numbers will double quickly as the cutting blade travels through thick metal.
Metal band saws seem to be trickier to adjust and fine tune because the blade seems to be twisted into the roller guides.
The downloaded manual for the saw that looked most like mine at grizzly.com helped my adjustments a lot.
The saw quality is also a factor.

I can't get this saw to cut straight or square I

Band saws pull to one side on straight cuts, it's a function of the blade torque. My 14" saw pulls to the right. There's nothing you can do to stop this, you have to be aware of it so you account for it on free cuts and know to put your fence on that side so the wood pulls into the fence instead of away from it. Squaring the blade to the table is easier. Do not go by the tilt angle guide. First make absoutely sure all of your blade guides and bearings are properly alligned so they aren't pushing the blade out of line. Use a square to get it close then: using a 4" x 4" block of wood, make a light cut in the wood only deep enough to mark the wood from top to bottom. Turn the block over 180 and try to make a cut in the previous cut mark. If the cuts line up you're there. If you get a V or X you have to make adjustments to the table making sure you tighten the trunion locks tight. I had one of these, it's not a high end saw so don't expect a lot from it.

When cutting wood with band saw saw will cease up

This could have many causes...depending on the model of saw, the wood being cut, the blade you're using, etc. etc.
Check that the blade is correctly installed, up to tension, and sharp. Make sure the wheels run smoothly on their on, and under power. Check the horsepower of the motor, and make sure to keep the feed rate down within the motor's capacity. Finally, don't twist the work being cut to a smaller radius than the size blade will handle, or you will bind the blade in the cut.
If you are cutting wood with pitch or grain that is likely to be under tension, perhaps you need to insert a wedge into the cut to prevent the work from pinching the blade as it continues the cut.
I hope that leads to a solution. Sometimes all you can do is feed slowly and be patient...

I HAVE THE JET 414458 HVBS SAW.THE SAW CUTS ROUND STOCK CROOKED.IT LOOKS LIKE THEBLADE IS IN CONTACT WITH THE STOCK AT THE START OF THE CUT AND ABOUT .250 AT THE END OF THE CUT THE STOCK IS 1" IN DIAMETER

There are two possible reasons for your band saw to cut crooked.
1 is the set on one side of the saw blade has worn down and you need to change your blade, or
2 your band saw blade is not square to the bed of your band saw.

If the blade is brand new and it still cuts crooked then you need to square the blade to the bed. To check if the blade is square to the bed, lift the head of the saw up a couple of inches and take a square and set it on the bed. Slide the square up to the blade and to see if there is a gap between the edge of the square and the blade. Try to pick a spot on the blade where the tooth is straight or bent away from the square. If there is a gap you'll need to move both blade supports in or out until there is no gap between the edge of the square and the blade.
If you are unable get it squared yourself, contact the place you bought the saw from. They maybe willing to send a service tech out to do it for you. Some band saw blade makers are also willing to send a service tech out to correct any problems that you may have. Lennox is one such company that may send a service tech if you are using their blades.
Hope this helps you,
