Ur tv have a problems known as a convergence problems,it dead.The tv have colors lines R,B,G mis alignments,have colors shadows pictures or 3D picture look alike?The tv convergence board it is dead.The tv convergence board,must require repalcing 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all of it resistors too.The tv convergence board is fix,will solved ur tv picture convergence problems.The shop,will cost u like $300-350 for parts and labors.
You will need to install a convergence repair kit which contains two Convergence ICs STK392-110 and then the associated resistors as usually a JVC will Need at least 1 or 2 of the resistors when the ICs fail. You can get the kit for your model at the following link which has the IC and all the resistors plus step by step detailed instructions on how to do the repair. vertical output ic needs to be resoldered. careful leaving that bright line displayed on the screen as this will cause a permanent phosphor burn into the tube. this can not be corrected once burned unless you replace the tube. mch
You need to replace the two convergence Ics STK392-110 they are located on the small board up front. behind the speaker grille and access panel. You can get new ICs at the following link as well as free instructions on how to do the repair yourself and save several hundred dollars for a 30 minute repair. Sounds as though you have a bad convergence chip ( there are two convergence chips on the board ). I suggest you change both and apply lots of heat silacon grease. Good Luck

No. You have bad convergence output ic;s and probably at least 1 burnt resistor. This liely will have to be reconvergec in the servcie menu after the aprts are changed.
1st guess is bad convergence ic-either IC804 or IC805. Both are part #STK392-110. May be bad connections in convergence circuit, or open resistor(s) As for too much green, not sure, shouldn't be because of convergenece circuit, possibly green CRT screen voltage needs adjustment.
