I woud examine the front panel indicators very carefully. Think about what your other inputs are that don't work. Besides all being from external components, are they non-stereo, or non analog, or ? What's common to them? The Multi-Channel function (button 5 alternate function on the Remote) would be a wild guess since on my Pioneer it overrides every other input. Not sure how the onbiard tuner is affected since I don't use it andI'm out of town for a few days or I'd try it.

My son inlaw said his 94 isuzu rodeo died while driving and when tried to start it, it would only make beeping noises.

Check battery voltage. Sounds like the alternator might've gone bad. Also check oil level to make sure the engine didn't lock. If a strong battery doesn't turn it over, it may need more indepth work.

Rolling Bars

This sounds like 60hz Hum Bar caused by a Ground Loop. Something is not grounded like the Component Cables you might be using or your Cable box is bad. That is a common problem with cable boxes.

My 32" bravia will not show picture or sound but does show channel and program from cable my dog stepped on one of the remotes and that is when the problem started but i think my son in law did something...

Im sorry but im laughing about the son-in-law part. Try pushing the select button on the remote. the button might also say input, or line. Try those as well.

good luck

No Picture with sound

Make sure the setting on the av cable is for tv or hdtv, whatever type of tv your using. I hit that switch so many times, its a pain.

Still not working, disconnect all cables then reconnect.

Flickering Screen

did you get it from another country?

PAL = OTHER 50hz
NTSC = US/CANADA 60hz

if you live in lets say U.S.A and you hook up a PAL tv (europe/other) it will flicker cause its not compatible.
Do you catch my drift?
