Its pretty easy as long as the books in an mp3 format.Just put them in the Music folder and then on your player in the Music menu choose Update

The remote control guide and codes are at the end of the manual pages 45-75

You may be able to program your cable box remote to control your TV in addition to your cable box. When they initially set up your cable box they probably left a pamphlet giving you instructions on how to program your remote. I'm not sure why you can't change the TV channels manually but this may give you a work-around.

How do I get another copy of the operating instructions book? I can only take 10 pictures then the camera is full. What is wrong?

I am using a COX HDTV converter. After performing a search the code that came up was not listed in the manual. There are instructions in the user guide how to do this. My remote code was 1265 if this helps anyone. Good Luck.
