Mute somehow i got my rockford fosgate rfx9200 muted and cant get it unmuted, anyone know what to do?

• There is no fuse on the Rockford Fosgate Punch 801s. You should install an 80amp incline fuse within 6" off the positive battery terminal.

The Tel Mute function is controlled by the pink wire in the loom. Make sure it is not connected to anything.
A capacitor inside the unit has also known to cause this problem when it goes bad. This will have to be repaired by a tech. but you can le tthem know to look for C719 or C711 (I think C711 is printed on the pcb)

try to reset the unit... by pushing in the reset button under the faceplate... if that doesn't work call rf for technical support...

Good luck. Rockford Fosgate does not sell or release any service parts/diagrams AT ALL. They want you to buy a new one or send it in to them to be repaired at an exhorbitant price. Also, from my experience, most RF amps are unrepaairable due to their construction design. the outputs are case soldered and cannot be removed individually. Time to upgrade.
