I have a Jura Impressa 27. The tray, for some odd reason, was not going back in. I simply tried it without the top part - that receives the grounds - and was finally able to get it in. I pulled it back out and found some grounds that had been dumped. It seems something was stuck that wouldn't allow it back in with the top part. Then after I was able to put both pieces back in without a problem.

try this:clean with brus two metal contact on drip tray

The connectors at the back have liquid on them use a lint free cloth to remove the liquid and the tray fault will go away. If you want to prevent this make sure that when you pour the water out the tray you pour it out the side not the back and this is how the liquid or debris gets stuck there

looked up picture of ice maker everypart listed and saw a broken piece ordered it 20K on samsungparts.com
part was less then this site. but at leats you can look up diagram with parts list
