Nov 14, 2019 - Turn the chair off, wait 5 seconds, turn the chair back. If chair still does not run and your wrench is flashing you have a problem.

My Pronto M51 chair does not seem to be holding a charge well. I use it for a couple of hours and the battery light indicates it is very weak. This is supposed to go up to 12 not this short a time.

Have the batteries load tested. It sounds like the batteries need to be replaced.

The orange idicator light is flashing. This was my Moms chair, she pasted on. The chair sat for a long time. The batteries went dead. The on board charger would not charge the batteries, they were too low...

Replace the batters and used the correct battery charger, Not a car charger.
