The orange idicator light is flashing. This was my Moms chair, she pasted on. The chair sat for a long time. The batteries went dead. The on board charger would not charge the batteries, they were too low . I unplugged the controller and charged the batteries with a 12 volt charger, the I hooked everything back up. Everything seems to work except the chair won't move...Does the chair need to be reset?

What you refer to as the "circle" is most likely the low voltage battery symbol and flashing means to change the batteries. The wrench means fault which just goes along with changing the batteries.
they levers under the front of your seat is disengaged push both towards the rear of the chair ,then turn power off and turn it back on?and then try it
imwaltz Sorry buddy but if it sat that long the batteries are probably too low for the charger to pick up and charge. to bad you didn't just charge those batteries once a month while you were laid up. You will have to get new batteries. If Medicare paid for your chair they will pay for most of the repair costs. Contact Repair Xpress @ 1-877-581-3733 or Roadrunner Mobility @ 1-800-467-2668 these are 2 excellent service companies that will bill Medicare for repair and have a tech repair the chair for you. Hope this helps
tam The batteries need to be replaced. With the lights flashing indicating low voltage and the chair just creeping means weak batteries. With a donated chair you do not know how long the chair sat without being charged. You need to purchase 2 U1 batteries. If there is a battery warehouse store near you or an Interstate battery store check with them because your cost will be less than going through a provider. Hope this helps you
Check your freewheel levers. They must be engaged or the lights will flash and the chair will be inoperable. These levers are under the shroud behind drive wheels. (One on each side)
