I think you meant that its print and copy function is generating only blank sheets and that you have installed new drivers and new ink. You do not mention whether you tested the printer before making these changes. There are several possiblities such as clogged nozzels, incorrect paper size, or the cartidges not being locked into place. Have you tried activating the printer's cleaning cycle which might unclog nozzels?

The most immediate fix would be to turn it off via the power button, disconnect all cable including unplugging it was the power outlet, wait three minutes, reconnect the cabling and connection to the outlet. Fire it up and try printing a test page.

The print head is plugged up. Try the nozzle check function or the clean function on the control panel.

there is always 3mm margin in all sides of paper. Its Normal & you can not remove them.

If there is more than 3 mm than you should use nuzzle check.

I am going to take a different approach - it sounds like U might have to do a printhead cleaning - go into the menu on the printer and look for Ink or Maintenance and the use the arrow keys to get U to printhead cleaning and try that and see if it solves your problem

1. Copy the message to word pad and print, if ok.
2. Check the printer properties from your web page.

if it isnt putting out any ink and seems like it should work. then 90% of the time it means its just fine. no matter how many times you check it. youd know if you made all the ink leak out. if your unsure then id say compare weight against an old ink cartrage of the same type. there will be a diffrence. also if its not printing correctly it means that you just need to run a good 30 to 50 papers through with just that ink color and clean the hell out of the ink cartriges like 5 to ten times and wait till that color ink starts showing up. i just had to do this with a black ink cartriage.

Had the same problem with Epson WorkForce 545, seemed to print just signature lines on emails, but not the regular text. Called Epson service, they had me go through headcleanings (Setup-Maintenance-Head Cleaning) and afterwards do a "Nozzle Check". Once the Nozzle check printed 6 squares with all the lines, I then reprinted a regular page and voila, it actually printed my text. I think my black print head was totally clogged and that's why it only printed images that used color in them...

Do a nozzle check and see what comes out.It should be under a maintenance tab on the front control panel LCD.If nothing comes out it more than likely has not been used in awhile and the head needs cleaning.If this is the case and you get it to print again do a sample page at least once a week to stop this from occurring again.
