Why does power steering fluid leaks out on left side ? makes whining noise i fill it up with in an hr its gone whats the problem?

You obviously have a leak. It should be very easy to find, first, crank engine & refill power steering reservoir to proper level. Then have someone turn the steering wheel slowly while you look around the pump, hoses & rack & pinion unit. Wherever the leak is you will see fluid leaking when the steering wheel is being turned. You can also turn the wheel all the way to either the left or right until the wheel binds up, (which puts the system to full pressure and at the same time keep pressure applied to the wheel) and you will definitely find the leak. It's probably going to be 1 of your pressure hoses. Be careful driving it until you get the leak fixed as you can burn your pump up by running it without/low on fluid. Hope this helps.

My deck doesnt have a remote wire to turn on the amp

There are many after market radios that do not have this. Best way to fix this is:
1) Find fuse box, usually located under glove box.
2) Look in your manual that came with your car and find a fuse that turns on and off when the ignition is turned on and off. Reason for this is so your amp is not left on, running your battery down.
3) Twist the wire around the fuse and plug it back in.
4) Turn on the car and your amp should be powered on.

Hope this helps

Power steering not working, check power steering fluid and it is full

If you mean it is very hard to turn steering wheel & it wont or barely returns after steering to left or right. Look at bottom of steering column shaft under the hood. It is very common for steering shaft u-joints to become dried & seized up. Spray up both u-joints & rubber rag joint with a good penetrating oil like " PB Blaster" it is magnetic & will lubricate seized u-joints. Be sure to turn all the way left & spray & all the way right & spray. Let sit for a bit then turn wheel all the way left & all the way right. If it gets better then be sure to lubricate every so often. If it doesn't get better you will need to change the steering shaft.

Amp doesnt power on no lights or anything

To test if the amp even turns on take the amp and three wires (does not matter what guage) and connect it straight to the battery. Two wires (one for the power and the other one to the remote) and the third wire goes to ground. This will verify that the amp does in fact work. If this test fails then something has happened to the amp. If the test passes and you see that you do have power to the amp with this test then you know that you have a wire issue. Trace out your wires and make sure that you have a good connection throughout the car. This should fix the problem

My amp turns on but once you turn the volume up it shuts off

What is happening is an overload situation. If you can use either left or right (white or red) RCA inputs but not both, then the amp is overloading and getting hot internally and probably getting ready to die. You'll need someone to fix the final drivers in the amp.
Hope this helps, and please rate my advice.
Thank you, and good luck!!

Amp not turning on

wouldn't be the first JL amp I saw fried...but there are some tests you can do. First of all, double check your fuses, they may appear to be fine, but sometimes they are blown even if you can't see it. Either blindly change them or test them for continuity with a digital multimeter. Also, disconnect the remote turnon and jump power directly over from the power wire to the remote terminal on the amp, if the amp powers on then you have to go double check your remote wire. Hope this helps.
