Codes for Toshiba TV with One for all URC 4220 are:
0060, 0154, 0156, 1265

[1] Turn on a desired device (e.g.,VCR or DVD player) and, if
applicable, insertmedia (e.g., cassette or disc).

NOTE: Please read steps 2 through 4 completely before proceeding.

Highlight or write down the codes and device you wish to program
before starting step 2.

[2] On the remote control,press a device key once (i.e., VCR/PVR,
DVD,CBL/SAT,or TV).

NOTE: To program control of a VCR, PVR (or DVR),TV/VCR Combo,

or TV/VCR/DVD Player Combo press VCR/PVR once.After programming

a VCR Combo device, you will be able to control channel selection,

volume,andVCR functions.

NOTE: To program control of a DVD Player,DVD Player/VCR

Enter code 20695 for both the DVD Control and TV Control. This worked for a motorola universal remote with a Charter cable box.

the remotes usually to program combos ...but you may want to try the dvd ...and vcr codes ...as well

The remote code 0142 worked for my Toshiba MD13P1.

This is interesting. I have the same TV/DVD combo, lost the original remote and have Verizon FiOS. I cannot get ANY code to work the TV on the universal FiOS remote, not even the Magnavox codes suggested by Phillips, the remote manufacturer.

You can buy a remote for less than $20 online. Google remote control # DC-FN20S & you'll find it.
