So...I took the case off, and found the impellar of my Troy Bilt 320 BV leaf blower had sheared off, and it came right out. now I have the new impellar, but can't figure out how to get the bolt off the shaft to put the new impellar back on. I tried a strap wrench, no dice. I am also trying to be careful and not wreck anything any advice? Foto attached of old impellar and now I need to get bolt off, replace impellar, and then bolt on

Here's the photo of my problem
so there's the old impellar, now I have to figure out how to get bolt off...the shaft of course spins freely. I tried a strap wrench, no luck.
I looked at the parts schematic and I took of B11 engine mount plate. I think I need to take off B18 bolt to get the remnants of the old impellar off, and then put on new impellar, and then put in bolt....getting the shaft to stay still is proving challenging. here is the schematic i am going off of: http://www.ereplacementparts.com/troybil...
