Trying to fix the impeller

So...I took the case off, and found the impellar of my Troy Bilt 320 BV leaf blower had sheared off, and it came right out. now I have the new impellar, but can't figure out how to get the bolt off the shaft to put the new impellar back on. I tried a strap wrench, no dice. I am also trying to be careful and not wreck anything any advice? Foto attached of old impellar and now I need to get bolt off, replace impellar, and then bolt on

so there's the old impellar, now I have to figure out how to get bolt off...the shaft of course spins freely. I tried a strap wrench, no luck.

I looked at the parts schematic and I took of B11 engine mount plate. I think I need to take off B18 bolt to get the remnants of the old impellar off, and then put on new impellar, and then put in bolt....getting the shaft to stay still is proving challenging. here is the schematic i am going off of: http://www.ereplacementparts.com/troybil...

Take the unit to a mechanic with an air wrench or buy an electric impact wrench.

Could you send me information on how to get the parts manual parts for a TroyBuilt Leaf blower?

Hello, Robert -

By "parts manual" do you mean a repair manual?

Without knowing what model number of a Troy-Bilt leaf blower for which you need a parts manual, it is a challenge to find what you seek.

If you have not already contacted the Troy-Bilt company and asked your question of a Customer Service representative, I suggest you do that first. This is the link to the Troy-Bilt home page:
http://www.troybilt.com/equipment/troybilt

Near the upper right of the home page there is a link to Parts & Support.

This is the link to the Troy-Bilt Contact Us information:

Best wishes.

Which gas line goes to the top of TB 320 BV troy built leaf blower. 41DS320G966 carburetor 753-04338?

I suspect it is the one from the gas filter in the tank. If that doesn't work switch the lines around. Hope this helps. If not let me know if it has a primer bulb or not and I will try to help. Hope this helps.

Troy bilt blower (gas) will not run on full throttle,if I have the choke on will run but as soon as I cut back on choke the machine dies.

I believe you need some carburetor adjustment done or you have some bad gas. The manufacturer's school we have been to this year, told us any fuel over 30 days old is considered bad gas. And in many cases we have found that to be true with the repairs we have had to do.
Good Day.

Troy bilt tb320bv wont start. only two months old.he cord won't pull out completely like it used to and it won't let me start the thing any longer. It is like something is jammed in the system.

It seems to be a usual problem with troy bilt trimmers and leaf blowers. There should be a half moon piece of keystock that holds the flywheel on,sometimes its known to sheer off. Could also be one of the keepers that hold back the plastic disk for the cord comes loose,it gets in a bind. Either way,you have to open up the case and see whats going on.
