Shrinking Picture the picture on my 36 in toshiba tv shrinks to a line sometimes. if i hit the tv on the side the picture sometimes goes back to normal and stays that way for hours to days but lateley it got alot worse

I have the exact same problem. It all started with a "fuzzy" line at the bottom of the screen but when I turned the set on yesterday, all that appeared is a shrunken screen. Toshiba 30D50 tv worked great (10 years!) but periodically and more often as time wore on, suddenly video shrank to a single horizontal line across middle of screen. now it's all one line only.
