Can be so many things but first thing is first... Go to the control panel, go to internet options, click on the advanced tab and click the reset option. This will clear all add ons, internet temp files, custom installed stuff etc... If this doesn't work you might have spyware, corrupt IE, antivirus related trouble and the list goes on...

This indicates that the reason why Windows Explorer crashed is because of CLMedia.dll file. This file is part of CyberLink software. Try reinstalling CyberLink applications you have on your computer if the problem persists.

If you are running Windows Vista, this is solved quite easily:
Instead of doubleclicking the shortcut and running the program, right-click it and select: run as administrator. Now it should run fine.
On XP, try reinstalling the game.

nfs.exe "need for speed app." are you playing a ea game?update your graphics ,audio and keyboard drivers.rt, click on it go to properties check the compatibility mode. shutdown any unnecessary process in taskmanager,lots of people having problems.ea is working on a patch if you cracked the game yourself,it might be a bad crack..overwighting nfs.exe with original nfs,exe also helped a couple guys,good luck let me know if you discover any other fixes
